there are many times when i over react.
obviously i did not feel that i was "over" during those times.
sometimes i wonder if the first reaction is really a true reflection of how i feel.
there's so much rawness to it.
can't remember whether i read it somewhere or saw it on tv, everytime u know u're going to react to something. take a deep breathe, hold it there. most of the time the way u react would be different (hopefully "better").
never really tried it before but something inside me is telling me that's probably true.
just a thought.
