food @ KL

bak ku teh for brunch.

bak ku teh under the tree. soup is rich. the meat is tender.

not my type of bkt but i enjoyed it anyway. mine's the really peppery none soy sauce type.

steam boat for dinner. not a steam boat fan.

pumpkin porridge soup base for steam boat. not a porridge fan. not a pumpkin fan.

meat ball. not a meat ball fan.

dinner is GREAT! the pumpkin porridge soup base is surprisingly good! it's sweet but not overwhelmingly so. with the egg beaten in it, a tiny bit of soy sauce & sesame oil..it's one of the best if not the best steam boat i have had. the pork meat ball is fantastic. it's the usual meat ball texture at the outside, but it's so juicy inside. yum! i actually helped myself to 4 of them. they're ping pong size ok. the fish noodle is quite Q, pretty good too. like the chilli there, not too spicy but nicely flavored. service is amazing. my glass of beer is like ALWAYS full. plates are cleared fast, they even help u beat the egg.

A+++ dinner!
